This Return Policy applies to all digital products and services purchased from StartRyte, including virtual staging, image enhancement, and any AI-generated visual content.

1. General Return Policy Statement

Due to the digital and instantly consumable nature of our services (the delivery of AI-generated and edited images), all sales of Digital Products by StartRyte are considered final and non-refundable.

Once an order has been placed, processed, and the digital output (the staged image, enhanced photo, etc.) has been delivered to the client, we cannot offer any returns, exchanges, or full refunds.

2. Our Quality Guarantee & Revision Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you receive the highest quality and satisfaction with our work.

If the delivered image or digital product does not meet the specifications provided in your initial order (e.g., incorrect staging style, failure to perform a requested edit), we offer the following:

  • Free Revisions: StartRyte guarantees one round of free revisions per image order to correct any clear error or misalignment with the original instructions.

  • Resolution: We will work promptly to adjust the image based on your feedback until it aligns with the requested output and meets our high standards of quality.

  • Scope: Revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of initial delivery and must relate only to the parameters of the original order. New styling requests or major changes outside the initial brief may be subject to a new service fee.

3. Important Notes on Digital Products

  • No Physical Product: You acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital service and no physical goods will be shipped.

  • Immediate Consumption: The value of our service is realized upon the generation and delivery of the customized image file, which cannot be retrieved or "returned."

  • Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing high-resolution, high-quality base images for the service. StartRyte is not liable for poor results stemming from low-quality, blurry, or incorrect source files provided by the client.
